Needham family Practice is located on the second floor of #87 Chestnut Street, a brick building directly across the street from the main fire station. Parking is available in the rear of the building or across the street at a municipal lot.

From the North: Traveling on 128 South (I-95-S) take Exit 19A (Highland Avenue). At the Fifth (5th) set of traffic lights bear right onto Chapel Street. At the next set of traffic lights, (intersection of Great Plain Ave.) Chapel Street becomes Chestnut Street. So go straight across and #87 is on the right, about 300 yards past the intersection.

From the South: Traveling on rte 128 North (I-95-N) take Rte 135 West (Exit 17) and travel about ¾ mile to the third (3rd) set of traffic lights at Great Plain Ave. turn left, toward Wellesley, but only one block. At that set of traffic lights, turn left onto Chestnut Street. #87 is on the right, about 300 yards past the intersection.

From the West: Traveling on Great Plain Avenue (Rte 135) from Wellesley, cross the railroad tracks coming into Needham Center and take a right onto Chestnut Street at the next traffic light. #87 is on the right, about 300 yards from the intersection.

From the East: Follow Rte 135 as if coming from the South.
